I shoot my 40lb bow for thr first time in ages due to shoulder injury. My form was really bad but it's a start. Keep going buddy.

Interesting to follow your rapid improvement, I could match this performance , for shaking whilst aiming, but the crucial part of hitting the target , not at all

I feel you I had a stroke 3.5 years ago I'm now 62 I only took up archery before Xmas and I love it but I feel like it's to late for me to be good enough to compete so I get it.

You are round my mom's age. I'm 40. Only recently got into archery and got her into it shortly after . It is never too late, friend! It's a game of collecting moments and experiences. We're all in it together regardless of age etc :)
