1 and 2 are right, but 3 and 4 are myths. The truth is, Vit B12 is a bacteria derivative. So, it can only be found in soil (good bacteria found in un-sanitised foods), or fermented foods (like Yeast, Marmite, Rice Kanji left overnight to ferment, Kimchi or Sauerkraut).

@@suryaafitness blood test for me it cost around 2500 including vit d3, thyroid, b12 and some other tests so maybe around 500 for b12 or less but it costs go to your nearest best lab they will give in 2 to 3 hrs max I have d3 less and B12 150 🚶‍♂️ got spine prblm ( Disc degeneration @23Y/O ) taking 1 egg (vegan but no other option) Drinking milk, vit b12 tablets 3 tyms a day after meal prblm arises when your get can't prepare b12 or b12 can't get absorbed so frst solve this problem ❤

Point of view is just point of view, there is not absolute right or wrong, it depends which way you look at it. And regarding questions there are no references or sources which he mentions in all of his videos which is one of the reasons I'm suspicious in his videos. Because he should mention them in the form of websites, articles or books or any other medium whenever he is giving data or facts. For example watch Andrew huberman sir's videos, there will be references in each video.

Fermented chapati or makhiri roti in himachal is made by kneading dough with curd. It ferments overnight. Easy to digest and is full of b12. Preferable to use curd made from milk of indigenous cow and not hf and jersey.

@@amacademics6792 Wheat flour works if only that is accessible but better use seasonal mixtures with it (or singly), as per your tastes, like maize, Chana bajra etc(mixed according to seasons) . Shifting to millets based on a seasonal diet slowly will be very good though.

Nutritional yeast is the best & easiest thing to increase B12 in vegetarians . Also milk is compulsory for vegetarians since it also contains calcium, high protein , other minerals and B12 .

Here it is bro based on what all I have learnt in 3 years watching fittuber and ayurveda: Morning after waking up: 1 glass warm water +1 glass warm water with lemon+honey Before gym - Soaked dryfruits Breakfast - 2besan chilla+ 100gms paneer+ curd + sattu or Khichdi(bajra/daliya/rice) + ghee +200gms tofu+ sattu So keep sattu in breakfast or any other meals for protein Snacks - Any 1 fruit Papaya/Guava/Banana/Apple etc Lunch - 3 roti + chana/moong/rajma/chole/besan curry/dal etc + peanut butter or curd again Evening - mixed seeds Dinner - 500gms milk oats/daliya/kheer etc, use dates/khaand for sweetening. If you have any doubts just reply, I will clarify.

A very fascinating video, this brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. Jhooth bola hai is video mein Fittuber ne. There is ZERO vitamin B12 in idli, dhokla, fermented rice, chickpea, spinach etc. If you are vegetarian, you have up to three options for getting vitamin B12 (depending on which kind of vegetarian you are) - milk, eggs and supplements. That is it.

I am 39 year old man having vitamin b12 deficiency my vitamin b12 was 50 and my hemoglobin was 6 spend 6 days in hospital got 3 bags of blood transfusion . Now after one month my b 12 is 160 and hemoglobin is 11 but i am still facing problem to concentrate properly on moving things like car , bike etc . Doctor told me not to drive a car or ride a bike untill my b 12 become normal . I can eat eggs but not possible for me to eat meat or chicken as i belongs to a vegetarian family...... This video help me a lot to know more about b12 thank you ...

Track the root of your problem i.e. from where it all started. Instead of avoiding or running from your fearful thoughts, start thinking about why such thoughts are coming to your mind and how your body reacts to it. This will help you to figure out & solve your issues. Do yoga & prefer healthy food - these 2 things will do a big help. Also, stay alert about the kind of content you're watching or reading. I have got my Vit B12 values as 117 while the normal range is 200-911 😢. I am prescribed to take 5 injections. I have all the symptoms and i have got hypothyroid problem too.

Monika ji as fermented food one can eat Dahi chawal (keep mix for 3-4 hrs out of fridge) & sprouted chana, Moong as, salad, mixed with cut onion,tomato coriander green chilly,rock salt It has max vit B12 & fiber, I had it as suffered vit B12 deficiency & vit B12 raised to 700 from 180 within 3 months

I did my check up and I have severe B-12 deficiency less than 150. I had all the symptoms but I neglected and now I have to take pills and injection for 1 year. I will try all the above foods

Do simple exercises like Shoonya vayu mudra, Prana and Jnana mudra for 5 mins each. There are u tube videos on the above. Good for Parkinsons.

I had a muscle injury after which I was prescribed Evion LC for 2 months. During this period I hardly had any hairfall. After I stopped taking the supplement, a lot of hairfall restarted. I checked the composition of evion LC and figured that levocarnitine helps in hairfall... can you please suggest how natural supplements can give us 150mg of carnitine each day?

@@tapashbez8832 I checked few months back. It was little bit on border range, 351 after taking veg supplements for 2 months.. Before I had, 203. I won't worry as long the range getting higher.. I will also follow Vivek's advice, I believe it will work out even better..
