I desire to discern each instrument - be it the violin's soaring highs, the drum's dynamic attack, the flute's airy subtleties, or the guitar's rich timbre - with crystal clarity and definition. a sound signature that is unfatigueing and suitable for extended listening , very easy to ears , an all day speaker .Furthermore, I seek vocals that are layered, lively, and nuanced, with a sense of depth and dimensionality. Finally, I require a bass response that is taut, nuanced, and capable of conveying the subtlest textural details, thereby immersing me in a truly captivating sonic landscape. Sir, please suggest me an under 500 dollar bookshelf speaker best suited for requirements and preference.🙏

Hello my first foray into active speakers was with audio engine and I had the threes! After some trial and error I tried some dynaudio passive speakers which I liked! It was their bottom of the line speakers! Then I really wanted to buy their active xeo 20's! I finally bought them and paired with a bluesound node for some hi-res music and I was home! Very good speaker!

The elac you showed is the ref dbr 62, Elac debut 2.0 have rounded front bass reflex

That’s what I thought so too. The DBR62 cost more than twice that of the debut 2.

Those are not the B&W 707 S2 showed 🤦🏻🤦🏻 those are MUCH higher end 705 S3’s (like a $2000 difference..)

The best bookshelf speakers for audiophiles are Sonus faber Amati Focal utopia Dali epicon 2 Wilson audio B&W 805 The one you are showing are not what audiophiles listen to

Get a good quality soundbar. I use the B&O Stage after reviewing many, main reason being that it sounds fantastic without subwoofer. Wife didn't allow me to get a subwoofer...
