I bought one of those battery packs a few weeks ago I only used it once but actually gaming with it on you actually don't put your fingers where the battery pack is I didn't notice it even being on there by touching it

It's all about how you hold the controller and the size of your hands. I have larger hands and I tend to stretch my fingers that aren't on the shoulder buttons across the back of the controller. It was extremely uncomfortable when I tried for longer periods of time.

Somebody said you have to cut of the little tab at the top and it will fit in perfect on the controller faceplate

Yeah, that was me who said that. Lol. I did a short on it and it has thousands of views and people have been telling me that the new versions have been fixed.

They have a cooling dock that has two spots to charge your controllers.

@AnkleTutorial I've seen it, but cooling fans that blow air into your console are never good. Don't waste your money.

agreed on the faceplates, 1000% junk. tried to get a set just incase they got better and nope.

Nope. It's designed specifically for the PS5.

Nope. The only thing out of these things I don't currently use is the battery pack. These were worth the money. I customize my controllers and my wife likes the skins on her controllers to keep from getting scratches. Definitely worth. If you didn't buy them yourself, you can't judge the products.
