FYI: this video was done as a class assignment for one of my courses in university. I’ve left it up because it helps some people but if it doesn’t help you, move on with life 🙂 maybe try reading a book on the topic like I did, rather than watching videos and leaving negative comments on content you don’t like.

As consumers, we have all paid businesses for their service in one way or another. Depending on the company, that experience may range from excellent to awful. For my individual project I’ve chosen to focus on the five (5) dimensions of service quality and how the employee climate can affect the quality of a business’ offering. For this video I’ve chosen to highlight the service offered by Emirates Airlines.
