Hello, "Florida Flip Flops" and many thanks! Manasota Key Rd. is a great drive along the Gulf, access to some awesome beaches and some very nice restaurants in Englewood. Yes, as you well know, work continues to restore the SW Florida area from the damage caused by Hurricane Ian. Took that very drive myself a month ago and made a down payment on a home near the beach. I fell in love with the area, friendly unpretentious people and lack of traffic! I can’t wait to move. Your footage takes me right back to my elated drive that day. Thank you!

You're Welcome, that's awesome! You definately picked a wonderful location to move too. The Englewood area is very beautiful, we enjoy the beaches and the local restaurants. Yes, it was a beautiful drive down the Southwest coast of Florida. Manasota Key is a very nice area, with some beautiful beaches.

Was wondering if you have video of the beach area? Did they lose beach/ sand?

Hello Connie, Thanks for watching and for the comments. We have not visited Englewood beach since Hurricane Ian, we made a couple attempts, but "Red Tide" has been an ongoing issue on the SW Florida coast since the hurricane. We did receive an all-clear notice for red tide yesterday for Sarasota Co, so maybe we will be able to get back to visiting/videoing all the local beaches very soon. There was a lot of beach/sand displaced during the hurricane, but it is my understanding Englewood beach has recovered and beautiful as ever. Have a wonderful weekend!
