1. Stationary Shooting- get in the zone, focus on technique. Challenge yourself to see how many you can get in a row.
2. Hand eye coordination - 5 quick passes against the post and shoot.
3. Shooter movement - move around the circle, push off (hit) 5 cones before receiving the ball and turning to shoot. Remember to turn your hips!
4. In and outs- work your way around the circle. Moving out to the circle edge, pushing off, turning hips, and driving back to the post, receive a pass, compose yourself and shoot.
5. Fitness and Fatigue shooting- sprint toward one of the ten cones placed on the court, run back into the circle, collect your ball, compose and shoot.
Complete this session regularly and you will be a sharp shooter in no time!
