Laughing at the idea of the things you shouldnt do before running being 1. Swimming and 2. Cycling.

We'd better inform all triathletes it should now be 'run swim bike'

It's fine to swim or cycle before a run. Just not always before a key running workout, such as intervals or a long run.

Please do a video on breathing while running and running technique. I am training with your plan for half iron man and I am dying after a run (bike and swim is perfectly fine).
