Bike fit was the best money I’ve ever spent!! Don’t skimp get set up correct from the start.

Do a bike fit before buying the bike and ask the fitter to choose the bike size (and even model) for you. With the proper size and style of frame, fit should be easy and done in less than an hour. It's when people have musculoskeletal problems that it takes more time and adjustment. The fitter can also show you how to make minor adjustments to saddle position after a few rides.
