Great talk Bhante! Hint: To avoid talking to an empty hall, line up the teddy bears and give them a teaching! 🧸🧸🧸

Thank you for this fresh teaching on the Dharma. For me the Dharma is alive … spreading thru us all… the dharma must spread itself amongst all kinds of persons...each individual…..evolving...like the context and culture we dwell in… While older teachings are classic… so are the new fresh expressions of the dharma are vital.. As a lay person it is harder due to the worldly distractions and family needs… Thank you for keeping these teachings alive and fresh…. like a flow….all of us flowing….changing….community strengthens… this strengths us with confidence.. Thank you again..

A much needed talk about not needing talks much ... need another one now ... but sincerley, these talks all of them have been invaluable to reduce my negativiteis and disharmony with myself and others and be more peaceful and kind and without them may very well not have, consequently making these talks invaluable. Truly thankyou to the monks for taking the time and energy for the laypeople and being diligent about putting out such abundance of reflective thoughtful and insightful content 💫😆🙏

Thank you Ajahn Sunyo for this talk. You have a very calming voice. Perfect for listening while meditating. And like some people I sometimes cringe when listening to some of Ajahn Brahm's joke. Some of his jokes are so bad that if he wasn't a monk, the folks in the nearby village would storm the monastery with pitchforks and torches demanding that he stops! But knowing AB, he would just give them a dhamma talk on Kindfulness to calm them down. BUT then in keeping with his larrikin attitude, he would end his talk by sharing with them an even worse joke than the one that they were complaining about. Bless him, I hope he never changes!! :)

Many thanx, Energy body is also called luminous body or emotional body. And sometimes it's called pain body if it's tense from an emotion or mental thing. Not only hindus, tibetan buddhists takes it very seriously.
