Good luck man. There are some months left to your surgery, so do stretching a lot. It may not help much with the lengthening but it will be better to keep the habit and carry it forward.

@@ework96 yeah but also for most people it won't matter because many tall people already have shorter arms so it's not noticeable. People don't really look at body proportions when checking height since every body is different in terms of limb length.
