Thanks I hope this works, this is gonna take forever to do these with a 100%cpu load gonna try installing any updates first then try a scan

Good take on fixing this issue on Windows. Also, many times this is nothing more than tracking down an Explorer memory leak, which is a 'virus' that comes preinstalled by MS. Even a simple broken desktop shortcut can cause your PC to be nearly unusable by extremely high CPU/Memory usage. Another 'gift' from Windows 10, which even the train wreck that was Win 8.1 didn't suffer from as much. MS just keeps breaking their OS's better and better, over and over again...

Timestamps are in the description. Unfortunately, a guide that didn't break any rules was taken down for "breaking a community guideline". Even though a 'Community guideline warning' is not supposed to do anything, I assume it has disabled my timestamp/chapter feature. Very stupid, especially when it wasn't deserved at all. The appeal was rejected. I can only assume they'll come back within 90 days, as that's how long the 'community guideline strikes' last, even though this is only a warning. Here's to hoping. So incredibly annoying that it's disabled channel-wide.

That's my theory. Warnings are supposed to "never expire" it's a once-off thing, unlike strikes that do expire. I do hope this feature comes back early Feb, otherwise it's going to be rough :(

You do know that Windows Defender is a good free anti virus that's pre-installed on Windows 10 right? And Malwarebytes isn't an antivirus but anti malware.
