Fix A Car CD Player That Won't Eject Disc
Car CD gets stuck. In this video I show you how to fix it.
I have 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander.
Problem is with rollers not having friction to push CD out of the player.

Very impressive troubleshooting! I had this exact same failure on a 2014 VW CD player (wouldn’t eject). Bought a used one off eBay from a wrecked VW and... that one won’t load a CD (just whirs and won’t accept the CD). So I bought another eBay unit, and that one did work. So now I have two broken ones, and your video had inspired me to attempt to fix them and keep them as spares :-)

Gonna tried to fix mine this weekend, I have the same problem mine doesn't eject the disc but reads it tho so basically I have the same disc playing for months, you give me the motivation to try to fix it, if i have some doubts could i contact you via something? Thank you ! you great man!

I took my apart for jeep compass but my roller seems to be fine. My roller has a white plastic piece in between the two rubber rollers. The rubber parts are not loose but the plastic piece rolls freely. I think everything appears to be working correctly there. I'm thinking I have a different issue. Is there another part of the eject mechanism that could be broken? My cd was stuck in between the part that goes in the cd hole. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I would have to examine your cd to be able to see what's wrong. You have to figure this out.
