One thing that can work go to the task manager end task on explorer go to the applications tab click new task write explorer in the window

I got this issue and I simply restarted my computer and that was the end of it, but it was pretty weird that all of a sudden it was using high RAM everything else was 0%. I didn't do any of the steps in the video but I wanted to come and see if anyone else had this issue as well.

by disabling, my pc is Not rebooting any solution?

Let me tell you what helped me. I tried all possible ways, Explorer ate 62 gig of RAM, that is 99%, but all to no avail. But it turned out that on the desktop was a broken file that is very load the system, after removing all came back to normal!

THANKS SO MUCHHHH I HAVE BEEN SO FRUSTRATED CUZ MY MEMORY WAS ALWAYS ABOVE 70% AND IT NEVER WENT DOWN AND MY LAPTOP’S FAN WAS LOUD AS HELL and i tried sooo many methods and couldn’t find any method on the internet that helped/worked. 0:40 DO NOT CLICK DISABLE ALL, manually disable all the third party applications if you click disable all you will brick your PC, as that will disable vital programs which are required for windows to function

It's nice for disabling third party background applications but apart from that pretty trash.
