Finally!!! Thank you! I tried everything else to no avail. Then this video fixed it immediately. I had to rewind and hit pause a few times because it went real fast but IT WORKED! So thanks again.

Thank you for this video. Bang on why my brother-in-law's new iPad PRO would not work, even though connected to my WIFI. Blooming NORTON VPN. Deleted VPN's as you recommended and BOOM the WIFI Icon appeared straight away. All updates started AND internet browsing too. 👍👍👍👍

Thank you for the help! I transferred the data from my old iPhone to this new one. The VPN profile was also transferred, after deleting it, the Wi-Fi icon comes back to life!
