Finally!! All the troubleshooting I followed to fix this issue nothing works, but this saved me from my misery. From spiking cpu usage from 0-100% when charging to stable cpu usage ranging 70-80% when gaming. Thanks to you my friend!

For those who have done this and still did not work, please do try to make sure none of the laptops air vents are blocked. Worked like a charm for me, the cause is called thermal throttling.

So i just started playing splitgate and after 2 games my fps drops from 100 to 30-14 and doesnt stop. I expiriance stutters but that doesnt bother just the permanent drop. I hope this helps me ima try it

When this happens it's usually two things. Either replace the laptop charger, or replace the internal battery itself. Or simply replace both.

i have 8 gb ram ryzen 7400u and 500gb laptop. i got a problem. when i play whit my laptop plugged on to the charger i got in the start normal fps then the fps start to stutter for 3 seconds and then return to the normal fps and seconds later the same things happen again. i fixed this putting the maxium usage that the cpu can reach is 99% and boom its fixed. the problem now is. logged in gta i got very low fps like 25-40. but when i unplug the charger the fps goes up like 20 more fps. i need to fix this because i need to get normal fps like unplugged everytime even while charging
