Sharing silly (but common) mistake with a Pressure washer that you haven't used in a year: Make sure the nozzle head is on! Haven't used my pressure washer in a year. Left the gas in, left it outside because I was too lazy to winterize it. A lot of the gas was used but a lot probably evaporated too Only had it for a year and used it maybe 4 times since I got it. Poured in a lot more gas stabilizer jic the tank collected water condensate. Poured in some year old gas left in a shed that gets pretty warm during Toronto Summers. I had brass quick connect already on my (water supply) hose so i could have everything set up quickly. Attempted to do the start up procedure, and all was go. The water flowed from the nozzle, but it was just a wee bit stronger than my low-pressure water from my home. Machine was chugging away. No leaks, no sign of blockage. I remembered that I didn't put on the head, not realizing it was a mandatory component to pressurize the water because the pressure washer was engineer with that as part of the pressurizing system. Turned it off. After some fidgeting, popped the nozzle head. Did the start up. And voila, the power of pressurized water was in my hand to do my bidding. Hope this helps someone :)
