I did all what you said but it was unsuccessful because I could get rid of the reference to office in the register, also in the files you access, then I download fixit from microsoft. worked for a long time. When I restarted my computer to install it again and the computer stopped installing and show a message "SERVICE OF CACHE error" How can I solve it? (windows 7 / office 2013)

I receive error while deleting the Regedit key. It gives me error even when I am in the clean boot it does not let me delete the key.

Are u doing this in the administrator way.. Try being administrator and then delete files... Subscribe and comment for further help and team viewer help.

NeViL StUdIos Yes I did everything in admin mode. I finally deleted everything with some other ways but still having the same bootstrapper message. Microsoft is really frustrating. I also tried offline update of windows and it is not working. I tried different versions of office and fix it tools, all of them stop in the middle of installation or troubleshooting! Do not know what else I should do!
