Pra quem ainda estiver com o problema mesmo depois de tentar essa solução (que também não serviu pra mim): Instale o Windows 10 Home numa VirtualBox e rode a atualização através dele. Para mim deu certo. Aparentemente esse problema está acontecendo principalmente no Windows 11.

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO UPDATE DE FIRMWARE AND THE HEADSETS STOP TO WORK Hello guys, I have been trying to find the solution for many hours, it has been a long road and I didn't felt good at that moment, so now that I knew the solution, I have decided to show it to you. step 1: unplug the USB adapter and power off the Headset Step 2: plug the USB adapter step 3: Once the LED on the adapter starts to blink. the USB adapter have in the front part a small hole, is in the midle of the USB adapter. that my guys is a button. you need a clip, or a very very thin needle. and press AND HOLD that button for 12 seconds. Step 4: the USB adapter start to blinking faster, at the same tame the 12 seconds past, and the blinking is faster, u can stop hold the button and and quickly you press AND HOLD the power on of the headset, hold it for many seconds while the USB adapter stop blinking faster. Hi, so i installed the drivers manually to my quadcast but when I open to app, the app doesn't recognize that I have installed the drivers making it re install the update on the mic. so I cant do into the mic settings.

Olá. Aqui também ocorreu o erro dos driveis não serem instalados, e mesmo assim não funcionou. Inclusive o duocast parou de funcionar, tive que voltar para as configurações de fábrica e desinstalar os drivers. Saberia dizer se tem algo a mais para fazer? Tentei em 3 portas USB diferentes do computador, reiniciei, etc.

*Quer desligar o Led da HyperX? Simples...* ❗Isso vale para o (CLOUD FLIGHT) porque é ele que eu tenho e deu certo. Aperta o botão de Silenciar/Não silenciar e o botão de ligar junto O LED vai dar 1 piscada Apertando e mantendo precionado o botao de (SILENCIAR/ NAO SILENCIAR) e para trocar os modos aperte o botão de (LIGAR) Existe 3 modos de cor dessa logo HyperX Sempre ligado, Piscando e desligado Esse foi o único meio que descobri como desliga o LED Comigo não funcionou nenhum software da HyperX e ja tentei todas as versões Lembrando que esse tutorial que falei funcionou (‼ COMIGO USANDO O HYPERX CLOUD FLIGHT ‼).

I tried every video and tips i could find and nothing worked except this guys info Basically all you do is go to your settings then to sound you will see it recognizes speakers as your hyperx but you don't want it as a speaker you want it as a mic. So you click on hyperx speaker and then upper right says check for driver updates click the mic run it etc follow his advice video is like 3 minutes but my problem was finally solved in under 2mins!
