Guys don’t to this this otherwise your pc ports will not work if you have done then shutdown your pc and start your pc and go to bios and Reset Defaults and then ports will work again.

@@pavankumarpavi8707 I had tried every possible things like:- I reinstalled my window but I don't had any windows activation key & was unable to download open office too. Finally I called to my near system engineer to reinstall my window with activation key, you don't need to install the open office too as it comes now inbuilt in the installation of windows 10. Remember:- Reinstallation will not delete your D and E drives data.

This worked for me. My Laptop couldn't read my phone when I try to connect it by USB. I deleted the drive then reseted the laptop using the keyboard, 30-40 minutes later my USB drive is working fine again.

@@ahmedmnsor7596 I just followed the instructions in the video >Device Manager> look for USB drives> click Uninstall> reset your PC( it may disconnect your mouse and you would have to to a Control+Alt+Del to restart it. It took my laptop almost 40 minutes to reboot and reconfigure and my laptop was able to read my phone again after the reboot. Incase the reboot doesn't work it's good to have a reboot/restore disk on hand
