Hello. Recently run into problem, that OBS is crashing internet while streaming. CPU was very high, laptop was working harder than always (in Task Manager CPU was ~80-90%). Found very easy fix and solution. 1) In OBS. Go to options -> Output mode Advanced -> CPU usage preset make ULTRAFAST (or highest as possible). 2) Make more free space on laptop. Good luck! :)

How to recover a record that was interrupted by the power off of my lap top accidentally?

record in mkv format to prevent that from happening

@@ItzDanDan go to recording format and select mkv instead of mp4 and you'll be able to save yourself from future mishaps during your recordings like now. Idk how to recover interrupted mp4 recordings though.

What was the file extension that it was saved in? If it's MP4 you can't recover it. If it is in MKV, it can be recovered.

I saved even my mp4 by using untrunc. Generally, Mkv format is advisable and you can turn on remux option so that after stop recording it will automatically converts mkv into mp4 in the end.
