Fix Philips LatteGo coffee machine - less coffee & no water problem

If you notice that your Philips or Saeco espresso machine is making less coffee than usual or there is no water coming out from the machine, it may indicate a problem with the leaking hot water valve, which is very easy to replace and you can do it by yourself.
In this video I will show you how to fix this problem by boiler coupling sealing replacement.
The cause of the problem is a leaking hot water valve, also known as boiler coupling.

Thank you so much! I’ve contacted the costumer service explained them what is going on they told me nothing about this part. I almost lost hope that the machine can be fixed and then I saw your video. Their costumer service is really bad. They told me I have to ship the machine to the service so they can check what is wrong. Thanks to your video I save a lot money, I was already looking to buy new one, because shipping the machine could cost me a lot. I have this machine since 2020. After watching your video I ordered the part right away and ordered the replacement ring just in case too. I don’t know how to thank you! had the same problem and figured it out on my own after cleaning everything for possible blockage, I should have checked for your video first :) in my case the plastic part was OK so I replaced only the O-ring and it works like new now

Amazing! My EP2210 started to have the no water pouring issue month after the warranty ended, descaling didn't help, water was only flowing through the frother and I started to look for a service. Then I saw this video and fixed it in 5 minutes by replacing the worn out silicone ring. I can't thank you enough! 😊

dear brother i have philips 2200 series i bought a year ago, i adjust the temperature to highest level, when i measured it it appears only 80 degrees, i'm worried is this normal, because I heard should be between 90 - 96 degrees, please looking forward for your help, thanks in advance 🌹

Thanks, this helped me diagnose and fix my 3200 series. My o-rings appeared to be okay, but I found the bottom port on that valve to be clogged with coffee grounds. Disassembled the valve (with a flat screwdriver, push and twist the top to release) and cleaned it out, and we're back to making espresso again. Might order an o-ring kit just to be safe - my machine is about 2 years old and gets used a few times a day, so it might be time to do those anyway. Thanks again for digging in to this issue and documenting it.

Good afternoon Mr. Walker i have the same espresso as yours. I just started having this problem a week ago. Water comes out but its not fluent. I try making coffee today but after making a shot of espresso nothing came out all. Can you help me.

It may be the seal OR the male white pipe of the brewing unit that does not come up completly to its final position to cover on it ;)

Thanks a lot, your video saved me I was clueless. This worked for the Saeco PicoBaristo too (seems like they have the same material since Saeco is pasty of Philips). I also had leakage and my cups were very short (half water).

Huge thanks for the video! Like others went through all the trouble shooting tips in the manual to no avail before turning to KZfaq - should've started here! Hsd to endure a week of crap ☕ waiting for my Amazon delivery. My machine's o-rings also gave up after 2 years so just replaced them. The machine should ship with spares, but I guess Philips don't want to admit to the issue. Interesting that 2 years is the standard warranty length too.... Thanks again 👍🏼
