Nope. Have tried all if this before. Nothing seems to fix this broken game. I have re-download this game numerous times and even played multiplayer, turned the game off and come back an hour later and says packs not installed for multiplayer and Co op. Now it says store unavailable when I try to manage add-ons

Thanks! You didn’t give the answer to my situation exactly, but you answered it still. I moved from Germany to the USA, and since Sony doesn’t migrate PSN accounts I had to make a new one. Installed COD with the disc, but since I bought it in Germany it’s the wrong region. It let me install the game and the packs, but suspended the install before it finished so I can’t play multiplayer or campaign.

Solution to missing dlc on call of duty modern warfare1 1) create a Activision account 2) link your Activision account to your PlayStation account that is of the same region with your disk.. 3) make sure your disk is of the same region with your PlayStation account.. 4) download the main game and the update 5) make sure your call of duty is up to the latest version, i think the latest version as of now is 1.67 6) launch your call of duty after downloading, it will now prompt you to sign in your Activision account but because you have linked your PlayStation account to your Activision account it won't ask you to sign in, it will just skip the sign in and ask you whether you want to activate two step verification, then you click later.. then it will now start connecting online then checking for update, cancel the "checking for update" it will bring you to the page of where you select campaign to play your campaign.. when you click campaign to play instead it tells you that your campaign dlc pack is missing it will load up all the dlc you need to download, make sure you download all and you are good to go...

You cannot choose the map you want to play in Modern Warfare. You could do that in older Call of duty games but not on Modern Warfare 2019.

Problem is region. If you create account and say you are from America but you buy that game in Russia or any other country that isn t America it wont work.
