Hi Aj, I have not really faced this problem before, so I do not know what are the possible ways to solve it You can goole it and try severel method to sovle it... for example, try to change the file path (make a copy from the file and paste it in the Desktop and try to work with it) or maybe the file is corrupt !🌚 And the most important thing is that you have to try to find a solution, don't give up on the first try + don't monopolize yourself on the Adobe program, try other programs or sites that provide the same service...wish you a good day😊🔥

@@X_X1286 hi friends this issue is solve after repair installation but a new problem came up which is iam not able to comments on popup notes.it works well for some time and later without any reason iam not able comment.man! adobe is such a wasted of time.i wasted the whole day they dont even have customer support or the number they provide doesn't even work at all.shame!
