I did all of that but it still doesn't work, either TikTok has a problem or something Is just awfully wrong with the phones

The problem that i have it’s weird cuz i can receive message and other notifications but I don’t receive live notifications which I turned on , I checked my settings on tik tok all and it’s all fine ,but I don’t know what the exactly problem
