Fix - If this is happening with Ubisoft titles. Uninstall Ubisoft Connect and restart, then re-install Ubisoft Connect. This worked for me.

Thank you very much. The first solution with deleting a cache helped me in Windows 11. But I didn't have the 'Geforce Now' folder. I has deleted the cache in the 'NVIDIA GeForce Experience' folder.

I have same exact problem with Ubisoft connect pc app. I tried uninstall the app, deleted all local caches, updated all C++ drtivers but nothing works.
