The 'Canola' plant is actually a genetically modified version of the rapeseed plant. It derives it's name from 'Canada' and 'Oil' - Can - ol- a. It would have been more correct for me to state that the Canola plant in not found in nature, but created in a lab.

I started doing facial tapping, with my fingers, which has helped a great deal. I start at my forehead, and tap there for 60 seconds, then tap gently on eye lids, then under eyes, and cheeks, lips, on the lines around the mouth, (puppet lines) then jawline, and neck on both sides. The tappig is great for the lymph nodes, draining them, and it brings collagen hack into those areas, I do 60 seconds, each area, and I even noticed my eyebrows are growing thicker, and my eyelashes too. I have Lyme disease and this has helped my skin a lot, because the Lyme has aged me, but the facial tapping has helped a great deal. Thank you for your tips and information. God Bless.

You would be shocked to know that the government created Lyme disease. I hate going down wormholes it seems like the more I find out the more I get shocked. It was something they went after Cuba with believe it or not thinking that they wouldn’t fly up here. They also released these things in upper Wisconsin, which is probably where a lot of people had problems and nearby there. I am so sorry.

Exactly...my cousin has a small chin and (what I call a pelican neck, as that's what it looks like) it comes from her dads side of the family, we are connected on her mums side and none of us have it. You can't beat your DNA!! Creams and serums etc are good to feed the skin, keep it moisturised and help with wrinkles, but it can't fix things that are genetic.👍👍

You are the first one who has talked about our food supply thank you very much. I couldn’t agree more with the seeded oils. I had Auto disease diagnosed, and I was having problems for a few years. There is another influencer that I won’t watch anymore because she keeps talking about rosacea and other things and recommending expensive creams. I spent a little time doing that because of some of the symptoms I had but nothing worked more than changing my diet. Bless you for saying this. I hope it helps someone. I have added Grassfed meats, which has helped a lot with auto immune disease. The idea that people have about cholesterol is so wrong. We need it badly in our brains. Please look it up. And I agree with you about the gut health. Glutathione is a big deal. Thank you for all your suggestions.❤ definitely a message of love from you. I hope people listen.

I’ve had bags under my eyes my whole life, yes even as a child. Now that I’m 54 it’s a daily struggle, I often get the remark that I look tired. I do suffer with allergies which contributes to them but as soon as I can I’m getting an upper and lower blepharoplasty! I can no longer wear powder anywhere on my face but especially my under eyes. *I’ve used restore for the last year *don’t use seed oils *I walk daily and do yoga *I do manual lymphatic drainage on my face and neck daily (this seems to work the best for me)fingers work with some castor/apricot oil for slip and glide. *I use red light

@@user-hz1nl9xl1v I don't put anything under my eyes except the PTR. I do my makeup and hair, then use my finger and put it under each eye. Don't move your face, (this is the secret to it looking great and lasting all day) Then i use my little fan and dry it for about a minute and keep my face expressionless for 7 minutes and it does great. That's the secret, trust me, I've been using over 10 years. If I take it off and re-do it it will leave a white film so I have to do it right the first time.

I haven’t thought about seed oil, mainly because it’s something in so many of our processed foods, that are not labeled in a way that people know how unhealthy and dangerous ingredients that are being used in so many of our foods! I know sugar really affects me and causes a lot of joint pain. I came to watch your channel to learn about hiding under eye issues, but know everything you are saying about eating healthier, walking and using a rebounder, are important all together to incorporate! I spent three months in Portugal last summer, and my inflammation in my face plummeted after a month. I walked a lot more, was breathing salty air, and was experiencing way less stress, so maybe that had something to do with it. But, I didn’t intentionally change my diet. I would get at least two coffees in the morning and enjoy them slowly and go to work, walk to the grocery store for lunch and pick up things like vegetables, fruits, mozzarella, and cured meats. For dinner, I would usually get something from a restaurant, and I would drink alcohol, which I had been avoiding in the US because it’s an inflammation trigger. My joint pain disappeared, and my facial puffiness and rosacea went away. I still don’t understand why this happened exactly!

That ION Gut Support is AMAZING. I have IBS. Was in a flare for almost 7 straight months. It was so bad, I couldn't be away from a bathroom very long. Went to Gastro: Told me to take IB Guard, drink kefir. Did that, got a little better and then bad again. Watched one of your videos 2 years ago mentioning how it was good for leaky gut. Thought, don't have anything to lose. So I bought it. Within 5 days, IBS gone. Been taking it daily, 2 x day since and haven't had an issue. Even when I travel and that is really when IBS is worst for me. It's AWESOME stuff!!!! Edited to add: I have a younger sister with Chron's. I didn't have her try it cause I'm scared since hers is full blown IBD. Have another sister, who was not quite as bad as me but had issues. Gave it to her to try: she's on auto delivery :) Worked for her too.

You look great Kimberly . I used the ion biome off and on and really didn’t see a difference even when I stopped because I take donotage supplements that help with inflammation along with a shot / tonic that I make with fresh turmeric ginger oregano leaves cloves cinnamon apple cider vinegar lemon good water and after steeping and straining it I keep it in a mason jar and take daily . I do like what it suppose to do though . I have been taking prebiotics probiotics that are designed for IBS and that seems to do the job . I love the Ion face and body spray . P.s. if you’re still searching for a tight line pencil NYX epic wear is the bomb . I work in a salon where it is humid and my eyes are looking down and it doesn’t transfer . When you apply it keep your eyes wide open and upward , use your little fan and wallah ! 🌸

I got this recipe from a friend and I tweaked it so much now it’s my own . Enough water to the 800 ml line in a mason jar and pour that water into a pot on the stove . Throw in about an inch of turmeric root and ginger cut up in chunks . Squeeze the Juice of a lemon and set aside but throw the peel in the water . Bring this to a boil and then turn the stove temp to in-between simmer & off . Any of the following spices can be eliminated or use less or more depending on your likes Add : 1-2 Oregano leaves cut up ( I grow my own ) 4 whole cloves cayenne pepper Pinch or more cumin Pinch or more Nutmeg - 4 good shakes Cardamon - 4 good shakes Cinnamon * 1/2-1 tsp Turmeric powder* optional 1/2 tsp. Stir and let steep at that temp . Above for 30 min.s then shut off heat . add up to a 1/3 c. Apple cider vinegar and the juice of the lemon you reserved . Stir then Strain the liquid gold tonic into the mason jar using cheese cloth and a mason jar funnel over the cloth . If it makes more than the jar will hold you give yourself a shot right now ! I do 2oz. a day * I use organic Ceylon cinnamon it’s more potent & pure - 1 lb. Bag , U.S. WELLNESS NATURALS from Amazon. I sprinkle cinn. In my coffee, fruit & everything . Love it * SUNFOOD superfoods organic turmeric from Walmart online It’s not as complicating as it sounds once you make it and even if you change or tweak it , it is all good . Keeps in the fridge until you finish it and make a new batch ! Enjoy ! 🩵

I was recently in Germany and saw MANY fields of bright yellow flowers that the guides told us were canola. It's a similar species to the rapeseed plant but is lower in erucic acid, making it healthier than rapeseed oil, which is used for industrial applications. It originated in Europe, and made its way to Canada, where it was bred for its lower acid content. The name canola comes from CANadian Oil seed Low in Acid, and it is actually a plant. Fields of these vividly bright yellow flowers are quite beautiful.

Canola is another name for rapeseed. I live in Kansas, and we grow that here as a crop. It is pretty with vivid yellow flowers. The name may be made up, but it is an actual crop

Canola I blow up like a blueberry. I'm finding some better food with expeller pressed sunflower seed oil. I do well with sunflower seeds. I don't look for them but if I want to buy certain foods and can't find anything with avocado or extra virgin olive oil. I get very fatigued and need a bit of refined sugar a day but I mostly use coconut sugar and honey for sweeteners.

Hello Kimberly. Thanks for another great video. I totally agree with you. The American diet is a mess. Many American's are obese and unhealthy. People walk around tired all the time even if they've had a full night's sleep. Many men look like they could use a bra. I think this is the result of eating foods rich in hormone disrupting chemicals. It's really sad. I can recall how deep men's voices were when I was younger. Now if I'm not looking at the person speaking, sometimes I can't tell if it's a man or a woman. I think we all need to start reading the nutrition labels on food and educate ourselves on what's in the foods we are eating.
