If you want to fix video noise/grain or reduce visible imperfections in your footage then Neat Video may just be the thing for you. I tend to shy away from paying into plugins but Neat Video is too good to not share and recommend. So in today's video we breakdown and review the noise reduction software, Neat Video 5 (Premiere Pro version) to see if you get a bang for your buck.

Thank you! I purchased neat video last night, now I am think in I purchased the wrong one! I shot in 4k on a mirrorless camera combine with bad lighting! my footage needs a. lot of TLC the face area is too soft and grainy. Do you think getting the 2nd package would help with that? I am waiting on neat video to respond back as well. Thanks

I would definitely recommend the 'Pro' package because then there is no limit to your video resolution when using the plugin. With the 'Home' package they cap the plugin to work on videos 1080p or under! Hope you managed to get this resolved 😊

I think it helps the export speed if you export with Media Encoder.

Good point! From my experience, the exporting time has been roughly the same between Media Encoder and Premiere. Saying that though - Media Encoder is definitely a lot more reliable!
