Thing that worked for me, was deleting my previous accounts and I created new ones, where I didn't followed any of my friends/family members. And keeping myself as busy as possible. Greyscale tip never worked for me tbh

I recently discovered that I spend 42 hours per week on my phone, which means my daily average screen time is about 6 hours. I didn't realize how much time I was spending on it, and now I'm concerned about getting addicted. Most of this time is spent on KZfaq. I've realized that I need to break this addiction to have a successful future. Watching roasting and vlogging channels is a waste of precious time, especially considering that those KZfaqrs are making a lot of money. I appreciate Hrithik Mehlawat for providing a reality check. 😊
