The Jiu Jitsu claw can be a real problem and rather painful.
Over the course of my BJJ career I've tried tonnes of different methods to "release the claw", some worked well some didn't.
However, a short while ago, our mobility coach Kai shared a couple of stretches that have been game changers.
And I want to share them with you now...
This video covers four movements that have finally made my hands and forearms start to feel normal again.
The knuckle-buster (stretch four) in particular has been a game changer!
