When you watch videos like these there are always many similarities that you can use on your own forhand , a couple of tips that the player fixed on her tennis forehand technique, In this video, is having the tip of the racket head feeling heavy in the hand, allowing the racquet head to throw through the air, relaxing the arms and upper body not being too tight, swinging the racket, letting it do the work.
Also making sure that the racket head goes first and then the hip follows. Finally, very important using her front hand to keep the ball in front of her, and trying to contact the ball in front of her righthand. Hope this video helps you.
