good examples...much needed video im over workign these days in my business. pls make video on how to deal with hormonal mood swings in women especially after 30 . bcoz i relate to this a lot. how to handle overthinking n emotions in business. i ahve lot of ideas but i never able to implement all of them. why ?? thanks saurabh !!!!

But meditate in the morning increase my focus.. not these modern meditation where you need phone. I meditate like ancient time for 10 mins . Bcz one of my rule is "never touch phone for 1hrs after wake up in morning no matter whenever I wake up".

5 mins Nadi Sodhana, 5 mins Breath control medition.(after inhale keep breath ~10 sec and then after exhale stay without breathe ~15sec.) Just like these 2 simple mediation. You don't need any type of music for this.. if you use music in these meditation it will just hinder your meditation. Both meditation,I do, main focus is your breathing.

This is not what he meant meditation yani apne dimag ko shant karna Jo ki mind ke liye accha ha par sourabh sir ye keh reh the ki agar ap uthte hi apne time ko non important task me laga doge like planning of the day , checking messages and bla bla this will lower your mind energy for your other important task

@@thesaiyanmindset I understand his point.. but he said about meditation (modern meditation) in this video. I can clearly see he is also against these modern meditation..I just share my opinion. I am also supporting his opinion.. Finding correct music for meditation, is just wasting time, instead do some simple effective meditation in a traditional way is way better for health long term.

He is definitely cute 😂 And also one of the few good influencers, because of him i actually started to live my life, i started talking to people, making new friends, trying to be in a relationship and focusing on my goals. I never did any of these things before, just used to lay on the bed then. Saurabh is a saver for all of us, he deserve so much i hope he gets all the things he wants 🤞🏻💖

That morning routine is really true. Even I faced top.... Saurabh. I used to wake up at 4 and just start studying.... But now I started doing meditation and kch ghr k kaam... Lekin after than I didn't felt that much energetic.
