Start with nothing connected to the Zen. Press and hold down both P1 and P2 buttons together (the two large blue buttons either side of the OLED screen) - don't let go! 2While holding down both the buttons, plug your Cronus Zen into a console or pc using the CONSOLE/PC USB port. 3Keep pressing the P1 and P2 buttons for a minimum of 4 seconds. Wait for the Zen RGB LEDs to flash in a sequence: RED, GREEN, and BLUE. If successful, the Collective Minds gear head logo will display on the Zen OLED Message Screen.

this is a problem with their new update tool, so no way around this error i can find so far, also dosent help that the company that makes zen is also never helping their community but oh well

Every time I try to save a script to my zen the error come up again and I do the update thingy to fix it and it just dose the same thing again

New update to cm update doesn't have the slide button to download an old update to then redownload new. Is there a new way to fixing e3002?

I'm having a problem. I install version 47 or lower, Zen Studio simply does not see the device, it asks to update to version 50.

For me there is no option to select version it only shows me latest.

This did not help me I tried a different controller different usb cord I tried down grading then updating and then I tried to hard reset it where you push both of the blue sides before you update it and then while you update and it does nothing for me. I am at my wits end.

how do you fix the red lights please i can never make it turn green

Im using zen studio through remote play. It works fine but during the game i got this error e3002 then my controller stopped working.. i will have to unplug it from the zen studio and plug again to work again. And the issue keeps repeating plz plz help me with that. I can only play for 2-3 minutes then the error pops up again.
