*fixed mine by* 1. cleaning the case and the metal 2. throwing my pods many times but not too hard. also the case i dropped it many times. 3. i placed my pods back by pressing it down in the case for minutes. (hard pressed) 4. i charged it with original charger for 2 hours. and then it worked! hope that helps

Thank you! All of a sudden my pros were not charging. I checked all the connections for dirt and corrosion. I definitely wasn’t the charge cable or adaptor since I just finished charging my iPhone right before. And I only buy apple branded accessories for most apple products to avoid any warranty hassles.

The case still transfers charge Into the pods, but the case itself no longer holds charge. It consistently says 1% even after hours on charge, and the led never comes on. Honestly really sad cause they aren’t that old…

Okay!! Maybe this will help someone else I had my charger cord plugged in the charger case wrong way!! (fit in there perfectly!!) try to flip your cord around replug it in there 😅

Have tried multiple new/old chargers from apple with apple head units my case charges until 1% or 2% and then doesn’t charge it only charges from a specific angle and if moved won’t charge and if it does charge it’ll go to 1%

My case isn’t working only while it’s on the charger. the light doesn’t turn on at all without it being in the charger and the airpods won’t charge unless on charger. my case isn’t holding the charge or even charging them by itself ;(

I had it plugged into my work pc. It would charge the headphones but not the case. I plugged the Apple lightning cable into the Apple hub into a wall outlet and it started working like normal again. Thanks
