[FIXED... READ DESC] Rockstar and streamlabs are both broken

the solution is to change color profiles(was using REC 2020-REC 1886.icc) and likely has something to do with the state of HDR (if its enabled turn it off .. if its disabled ... enable it)
anyways its fixed now

ok so i did try to fix streamlabs to no effect
tried "repairing" c++ distributables
tried running SFC /SCANNOW in admin mode in CMD
tried cleaning out my registry
tried updating my GPU drivers ...
NOTHING

i have googled and googled and as of yet found nothing save for absurd claims of gta 5 having a black screen and something about artifacting in RDR2 but NOTHING about how the launcher itself is completely black

if my problem could be solved with googling i would not have made this video google as an asinine notion i cant get display capture to work which is NOT TRUE .. it works ... only the interface is black not the screen capture (see video) rockstar launcher has the same absurd issue as streamlabs so dont be asinine and tell me to google something that google cant fucking answer straight and proper
