How fixed stars are interpreted in astrology. We learn how we can obtain interpretations of fixed stars conjunct planets and also the different ways that astrologers interpret fixed stars. Some astrologers are interested in what fixed stars are rising, setting, culminating, and anti-culminating in a chart. Some are interested in what planets rise or set at the degree that is rising or setting when a fixed star rises and sets. We see how to obtain these listings, the fixed star chart wheel, and other information in the Sirius 2.0 software.
We also learn about the motion of fixed stars over very long periods of time.

the fact that influences tie into cultural myths makes me wonder if there is no physical universe element to astrology at all but that its all psychic

This would be a reasonable explanation as to why Vedic astrology can be interpreted the same as Western despite the former pulling all the signs back one position.

Can you calculate all of these conjunctions of planets with fixed stars using sidereal zodiac using this software? I only use sidereal zodiac not tropical and I'm looking for a good professional software to make calculations. Thanks! Nice video

So my Sun in 29 degree Algol in 26 degree in Taurus means NO conjunction due to > 1 degree orb right? That would be a good to know...I have jupiter in 8 house I wish a fast, calm death instead suffering a long time.

Did your daughter write a book and is there a PDF or access to the interpretations of the fixed Stars in relation to let's say, my birth chart. I'm running Linux on my computer and have very limited resources to astrological birth chart running programs. I'm also not seeing anything on the internet about the meanings about the fixed Stars. I have spica 23° 31 and Arcturus at 23 degrees 55 each other in Libra RX in the 12th house. Pluto is also in the 12th house at 11 degrees 14

She did not write a book but her interpretations of fixed stars are included in the Sirius astrology software, which is available at www.AstroSoftware.com The Sirius software is very extensive and consequently also relatively expensive compared to many other astrology programs. The fixed stars do not move in relationship to each other within our lifetimes and most astrologers do not interpret their house position unless they are conjunct an angular house cusp, but perhaps this is also important.

Would it be possible to work the fixed stars aspects with the planets by books? I mean not using the software?

I am not sure about books but maybe somebody else has a recommendation. Perhaps the free online software at astro.com will help if you cannot afford to get software.

Namaskar, I would think that the latitude of fixed stats should be taken into consideration. How does ascendant differ from horizon? I thought they were the same.

The Ascendant has to do with the Ecliptic
