Registry Editor Location - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\EMDMgmt
Delete only External Drive's Folder from Windows Registry !!!

so my ReadyBoost is not show inside properties and tried using 1tb hard drive usb and i start with SD card the ReadyBoost is coming up in properties also format to NTFS wasn't come up still

Try this method, Navigate to EMD Mgmt in regedit Click on the USBSTOR folder(the default one or the correct one) and update the below values one by one, CacheSizeInMB-> 3c0 CacheStatus-> 1 DeviceStatus-> 2 And make these changes to all the values step by step and then try again to make your USB Drive ReadyBoost. Let me know if you are still facing this issue.
