[Update 10-June-2017]
btw just one or two days ago I received an update on my Honor 6x for Google's app and the issue was gone (without disabling "from any screen" option).

Important note by our friend UNK
Those of you who are NOT seeing From Any Screen ' option , you are probably using a Honor version smartphone what worked was hitting ' delete voice model', it should work for you as well.
If anyone wants to truly Thank me! I'd really appreciate a Like & Subscribe, don't worry I'll not flood you with videos =)
This is the fix for the error message you would get whenever you try use an Android Application that records your audio including
the native video camera app.. the pop up states: " "Name of the app" is currently recording audio .com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox:interactor will not be able to record right now "

Yeah I noticed that, I just turned off the first setting in "Okay Google detection". I'm using the Honor 5x btw

saif haque offcourse dear, when you turn off this feature to fix the issue you won't be able to use it, I believe it's bug only in EMUI which is on Huawei devices as I haven't met anyone else who's facing this issue other than Huawei users

I have the Honor 6X and I didnt have the issue until I turned on the google assistant then going onto apps like Younow displayed that msg. But just as the uploader said just delete voice model and it should fix it. Worked for me. And thank you

Honor 8, recently updated to EMUI 5, when I started to get this bug...this fixed it all, although it is annoying to renounce to such a cool feature. Hopefully it can get fixed properly...but thanks so much for now!

I have subscribed now. The problem with the above solution is, I cannot access google services from any screen "ok google" doesn't work from any screen or without pressing home button to activate google services.
