This video helped me diagnose my 2014 Falcon FG. Old O ring g was flattened. New O ring only cost $7 from Ford.

I have 2006 bf with this problem video help confirm my diagnosis. Although would be good showing the Oring replacement, thanks for showing the pipe with hammer and light taps great information

You should remove the 10mm pipe fixing bolt under the manifold then no hammers are required.

AZMO BABEY No in this case the coolant was in great condition and there was only a small amount that came out.

AZMO BABEY go to ford and get a new o ring. Cost 6 bucks. Did mine on my 08 FG the other day. The existing o ring had hardened and no amount of shifting it would reseal it. Wipe clean the mating surfaces and use some coolant to lubricate new ring on install. Job took 10 minutes.
