Hey Kev.heres a top tip for you,instead of brake cleaner ,wash the inside in fairy liquid(other products available) using the scourer to scuff the surface as you wash ,dry with a hairdryer before painting,just apply the window masks first

Hey I have a few tips for your Rustler 2wd. #1, I wouldn't bother with the steering kingpin. It bends all the time. I'd just deal with the fact that they are bent and run em til they sheer. 2nd, for the rest of the pins, or at least the front a-arm pins, get the STRC suspension pin set. So far, I haven't been able to bend them at all after 2 years of abuse, and they are captured as well which eliminates those e-clips, and keeps them from backing out of the a-arm.

Metal cush drives are great. They make the elastic last longer but you do really need to get a fresh elastic and plastic housing for the shim.
