Great video showing how to accurately reattach speedometer needle so it’s calibrated right. This will work for my 96 Avalon. Will try it in the morning. Reattached my needle and when I started car it would immediately jump to 40mph. Now I’ve adjusted it so it’s only off by 5mph and does not move when I start car. But this video now shows how to calibrate it perfectly! Thanks very much for posting this. Big time help!

My speedometer works intermittently and when it does it's off. Thinking it's also the capacitors. Also my trip is worn too, not going past "1". Crazy it must be a common thing.

Nice video!!! After changing the capacitors, both the speedometer and the tachometer were fixed, but when connecting the whole panel something went wrong (I don't know what happened) and the fuel level marker stopped working ... What could have caused that This marker will fail, could you help me with that?

Disconnect and re connect all the rectangle wiring

@@playstation2bigs ok when I disconnect the blue rectangle plug, the gauge works fine, but when I connect not working...

Disconnect and re connect again, if problem persist clean the terminal wiring pin (rectangle)

How will the km needle be set to 0 when the change is completed

My km needle reads 240 km when I turn off the ignition

@@hak0323 remove the needle and run the car, while running use a android phone with GPS speed application at 60 kph put the needle at 60 kph

boss bakit kaya yung seedometer ko hanggang 40kph lang. dalawang beses na pinalitan ng capacitos same values ganun parin. baka may idea ka sir ano dapat gawin. thanks. cinalibrare na din same parin..

Silly question😅,how to calibrate rpm needles,in case we did the wrong marking before opening the needle..because rpm cannot be compared with a gps app😅

Use a car multimeter tester with rpm selector. Connect it to the distributor wire
