2420? This song isn’t 400+ years old 😂 It’s 16 years old. Who remembers back in 2030 when asteroids struck the UK, France, Poland, Chile and Hungary all in 7 months? I remember this song getting 1 billion views at the same time people were going into darkness! Quite mad really. I was in the Uk when south side of Birmingham, Coventry airport and Luton got struck, they were the 3 catastrophic ones that caused serious chaos anyway. I think we had 11 in total? Can’t believe that was 3 years ago already. Who’s checked out the size of the one at Coventry airport?

Weird how much power music has... This song hit me in a very emotional period, with both positive and negative feels, and it felt just as if it had perfectly captured what I was feeling. Then it opened a lot my musical taste, made me dig so much of cool new music (the London jazz scene, the neo-soul click...). I can really see a pre- and a post- my discovery and obsessive listening of losing my way in 2017. Not like I didn't listen to good music before, of course I did. But this was a game changer. As if I had discovered something I was longing for and could not find anywhere. 4 years later and it still resonates so much inside me. Left its mark on me. Probably no one cares, but well I decided I'd share eheh
