You can mix like Ali and play maybe a vocal and hi hats, the snare and the back up vocals, the lead and the bass... makes it all fun and blends things nicely

My main genre is trap but I try to make what I'm feeling at the time...I heard somebody say you should never go +db always go -db I'm new to the mixing thing so I'm doing some research trying to find pointers... I'm using the TDR Nova EQ for each of my sounds...I turned up some of my sounds and it doesn't sound bad but I wanna leave head room for vocals...but I also heard for beat stores or sites you shouldn't worry about the head room just have your beat pumping what would you suggest...!?

You should have received dry vocals for this mix bro...one shouldn't have to become a surgeon at this level. One wet version and one dry! Sounds better but things are just way muffled. You the man tho, ask that man for DRY STEMS PLEASE 🙏 LOL

You have should of started with the kick in the First place most important! Then the bass and its better to lower all volumes and start with kick at -9db and mix in the bass only volume and balance then snare hats etc etc
