How can you make a definitive judgment on a young player like headtrick when you haven't developed a young player or an actual team in such a long time? Seems like paying for someone like that and then bailing is crazy.

Getting rid of headtr1ck isn't weird. If you watch a full headtr1ck demo where he had above 1.10 rating, it's quite clear he gets most of his kills from either exit frags, post plants or just straight up ecos. The guy is overrated af. But then again he wasn't the main AWPer for Navi Junior when m0nesy was there and only played it when m0nesy left. He maybe could have stayed as a rifler, but him as a rifler at this point is a little unknown. Threat said it himself plenty of times that Jonas Gundersen made a lot of bad decisions over the years, signing aleksib, benching aleksib, signing k0nfig, signing headtr1ck (instead of a more well known AWPer). Basically what Threat is doing now is cleaning up Jonas Gundersens mess.

Feels like whoever managing nip cs roster knowns nothing about cs.

The genuinely need to bring f0rest back so he can help the newer players. That man has YEARS of experience and he still has the desire and hunger to play competitively, he wouldnt just show up for the sake of it. Roster should be hampus, rez, f0rest, headtrick and maybe Mistem (seeing as he is in their young ninjas team and as a South African it would make me happy)

It’s funny that they even had top rosters able to put up good results up until the last couple years of roster mania, it was just never good enough for them and they kept trashing whatever good rosters they had.

Nip could've just kept nawwwk the past 3 years and would've gotten atleast the same results while not spending 1.6 million on device and headtrick. Same with lekro and hampus and years ago pyth and so many others, every decent non world class player got kicked because nip always thought one easy fix would bring them throphies while you need to build a cohesive team.

If they want to go Swedish they can go buy the roster on the Swedish team with Nilo (forgot the name of the team)

They should be keeping Headtr1ck and *if he had* consistency Konfig would be the best rifler on that roster. Had they kept Aleksi or Hampus they'd have something or someone to work with also. They could also upgrade the Alex they have and get the ex-Vitaility Alex, run with: Headtr1ck, Alex(Vita), Rez, Konfig.... and F0rest

Remember when NIP was good and got threat to basically act as an IGL all these years ago, and it was so good they basically got banned right away from doing it. Now they dont even know who donk was until this event.
