We are at quarters of FDNY Engine 63, Ladder 39, and Battalion 15 at 755 East 233rd Street, where we see the engine and the ladder respond to a call of a car fire at 233rd Street and Jerome Avenue. Unfortunately, the call was put in with ill intent, as there was no car fire, and nothing could be found anywhere. The companies reported a 10-92 for malicious false alarm and went 10-8 and returned to quarters soon after. It's a shame that there are people out there that find it amusing to waste the time of the fire department, when there is no emergency to begin with. Anyway, Engine 63 is a 2008 Seagrave Marauder II.
