We are well overdue for a video featuring the 8,8 cm Flak 37 Sfl. or as I like to call it Flakky the Flak Bus because that is more fun! Sorry about the packet loss in the video in a couple rounds, the Hurricane that hit Texas was affecting internet and power for the east of the ate through out the day. I hope you guys enjoy this crazy video with stick and jim!

the real hack is to drain it, then beat an egg together with the packet, throw the egg in and microwave until its cooked through, absolute peak, amazing end product, only one packet per 2 "packs" of ramen though or way too salty

Ramen hack: Poach 2-3 eggs with your ramen in the final minute of boiling the noodles, drain, add seasonings and/or hot sauce. If done correctly, the yolks and hot sauce are now your broth base. If not done correctly, you still have cooked egg in your ramen.

I want to say that "ramen" noodles with out the water is almost like Tsukemen, however you would need to add the seasoning packets to the drained broth, reduce it so it becomes concentrated and then use it as a dipping sauce. Indomie Mi Goreng packet noodles are the best btw, cook noodles, drain water, add flavour packets to noodles, stir, a fried egg on top (optional), enjoy!!

I hope stick never finds out that I sometimes don't even bother cooking the noodles and eat them as a crunchy snack. But otherwise dry seasoned ramen is best ramen. (I have never had actual ramen)

I've been draining my ramen literally since Day 1. I apply the seasoning a bit at a time, so that I can tailor each bite to my preference. This gives me the added advantage of also being able to both reduce my sodium intake, and also even use only one seasoning packet for two bricks of ramen, thus saving the other packet for later, or to use on something else! You have to admit-ramen seasoning is DAMN GOOD, and it is a crime that you can't get it on the shelves.

In a certain sense, Bo is right about Ramen: It does mean „pulled noodles“ but in Japan it has come to mean pulled noodles in some form of soup, while in europe it's mostly taken to mean chicken-soup with vegetables and pulled noodles.

if youre using package ramen with flavor bags, it doesnt really matter what you do cause youre already at the bottom of the barrel the real way if to make your own soup stock/broth and just have that in your fridge for whatever else

On your Ramen cooking discussion, try this. Boil the ramen noodles, drain all water, put the noodles in a bowl and add 1-2 pats of butter and a splash of milk and the whole seasoning packet. It’s creamy ramen noodles! This is a game changer, it’s like Mac and cheese but the Ramen version.

I drain the ramen, add butter and then add the flavor. Sometimes I add a little milk. My brother just cooks it with so little water that it doesn't even have to be drained. His ramen is ridiculously good, I dunno how he does it. He's basically a natural chef though.
