So what you can also use is a turner to pick/turn the dough when its on the board, i find it very helpful in preventing the meatpie from breaking when it sticks to the board and you want to remove it or transfer to the baking pan. The outcome was great. Thanks for sharing

Thanks so much for vidoe it was well explain bt Ma please i have a question. How long did u bake it in ur oven and for those in the freezer when u remove do u let it come to room temperature before baking or you just remove from the freezer and bake directly in your oven.

The time it will be ready depends on the type of oven you use. When it’s ready, it will be brown. I bake it for 30 minutes @350.c. Before you bring it out from the freezer, you have to preheat the oven. Immediately you bring the pie out, you brush the to with the egg wash and then bake. Please do not let it rest after you bring it out from the freezer before you bake.🙏❤️❤️

My dear, when you keep the pie in a bowl. They will stick together when frozen. So you have to freeze them on a tray for atleast an hour and half before putting it in the bowl to freeze for a month. Just a suggestion

Whe the butter is a lot, that is what makes it flaky but the eggs adds extra richness,makes it soft . when the pie is old, when you microwave , it taste good like how it was on the first day, because of the eggs. Thank you so much.❤️❤️❤️❤️
