alright this video is 2 months old, and flame ballista has been reworked a bit so everything i say in this video is not 100% valid (i made this on the day it was added)

You can get it up to the point where it deals 40%. Also, Letting the attack charge up is a big part of the damage. Firing it right away only does a small portion of it.
