Thanks for the good video. However, you have applied the thrust load (or stress) wrongly. It shall be equal to the internal pressure multiplied by the ratio of the bore area to the metal thickness area.

What are the specification of the flange? Because during any analysis geometry is very essential. So we need a standardised geometry for validation. Thank you

+Adi s right ,... So that's by we are trying to make video with standard video . Both flange as per asme 16.5 with 300 class weld neck rf. Regards. Design hub

Did you upload yet? I check but cannot see? i am having some troubles with Bolt verification of solidworks. I do believe i am calculating the preload wrong as a result simulation gives an error. Thanks!
