Hey, i struggle with the L-sit but I can barely do it 10 seconds. Should I do the easier variations or should I do the L sit and the easier variations on top afterwards?

Thanks! Unfortunately I have no clips of me practicing the Flare for the first times 😔 but I can still mimic my old form and make a video where I show my progression however :)

@@KaioFalcrow make it rain big doggy! I never could master the flare - I was only good for about 2 - 3 passes before I would crumble - however, its never too late to learn all over...

Hey, i'm 13 year old and my favourite trick is to learn a flare, and i want to ask you to you recommend me what to do if, id already took 2 workouts of this exercise. The thing is i don't have any body form, no flexibily or strenght. So can you recommend me some of your video links of what should i do first? If i don't have anything in my body... 😅

You can try the exercises in this video and write down the ones that are easier for you, maybe 3 to 5 exercises, and start with these, gradually with time try to add more exercises and when you feel ready (stronger and more flexible) start with Flares by following a tutorial of it, I would recommend the follow along tutorial I made :)

I would recommend starting with 3 to 5 minutes if you are a total beginner, reducing gradually depending on your level, not less than 1 minute anyways

Probably you can start with very basic strength and flexibility exercises, like pushups, sit ups, pancake stretch and shoulder extensions stretches :)

yess! if you have the flexibility requirements, it's very easy because you can adapt these exercises on the bars or on something like 2 chairs on the side
